I have a doctors appointment on Thursday.
I hate being weighed, I hate other people seeing my weight. I’m so fat and embarassed.  I hate being touched, ever. I hate when people touch even my arm.  I don’t want to go. I think I’m going to have an anxiety attack thinking about it.
